From the Ithaca Airport, exit to Brown Road. Turn right onto Brown Road. At the stoplight, turn right onto Warren Road. After approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Dutch Mill Road/Warren Road Business Park. PMI/APP is the second building on the right, next to UPS.
