APP has developed the automated pressure gauge calibration system to calibrate both manual and analog-reading pressure gauges. It can test the linearity, hysteresis and the repeatability of pressure gauges at wide range. The system includes a precision pressure controller with a high accuracy master gauge, a manifold for easy connection of test pressure gauges and a complete data acquisition system.
With the automated components remanufactured by APP, a fully automated, high accurate and wide working range pressure control system is suitable for industrial automation. Micro-processor controlled, windows based custom control software makes customized control process and data acquisition system to be user-friendly.
